Aurora tours

The Aurora is an incredible light show caused by collisions between electrically charged particles released from the sun that enter the earth’s atmosphere and collide with gases such as oxygen and nitrogen. The lights are seen around the magnetic poles of the northern and southern hemispheres. Auroras that occur in the northern hemisphere are called ‘Aurora Borealis’ or ‘northern lights’

Fatbiking

Fat bikes are bikes with extra fat, knobbly tyres designed for riding on soft surfaces like sand and snow. They usually have a simple mountain bike design with little or no suspension. The super fat tyres distribute the rider’s mass across a larger area, so not to sink in and also gaining more traction than with a standard tyre size. You can ride easily and with stability over firm snow and ice.

Snowshoeing

Try snowshoes! They are fun, modern designs, easy to use and can really take you places in the forest. Let us arrange an exclusive 3-hour snowshoe tour that showcases the beautiful archipelago in winter. Your guide will lead you through a frozen forest by Lulea or on the ice itself.

Nature hike

Get outdoors and hunt the Aurora by foot. You will be picked up and taken to a remote location where you will hike a trail to a good vantage point and hopefully see the Northern Lights.

Huskey Fatbike joring

Is there a better combination than your own Husky dog and a fat bike? We DON’T think so! Come with your guide and enjoy a night event hunting for the Aurora with your own Husky companion in an exclusive 2 person tour.
